First Haircut

Today we took Sarah to get her first haircut at Sweet n' Sassy. This was the first time I had been at this place and I have to admit it was pretty awesome. She did beautifully! I was so proud of her because she listened to the stylist and didn't fuss at all. Of course she did have a lollipop to distract her. She also picked out a little blue flower ring that she just thought was the best thing ever. After she was finished she took a little walk on the runway. She wasn't very into it so I guess we can rule out a career in modeling:) Here are the pics, enjoy!

Valentine's Day Fun!

Sarah and I spent the weekend doing Valentine's projects. First we started off making Valentine's cards. Sarah had fun using the stamps and putting the foam hearts on the cards. She insisted on peeling the backing off of all the hearts. It was really fun!

On Sunday we made heart shaped cookies. She was only interested in putting icing on one cookie. Then she decided that it was time to taste one. After she found out how yummy they were she totally lost interest in icing the cookies all together. I can't say that I blame her because the cookies were really good!

Later that night she wanted to cook in her kitchen for Jack. He is such a good dog and just sat there while she pretended to feed him. I'm sure it was frustrating for him to find out that he was not going to get any real food.
